The Dark Devil Katana, also known as the Demon Katana, is a handmade wooden sword that is ideal for training and decoration. The blade is made from bamboo, making it lightweight and durable, with an overall weight of 0.6kg. The sword has an overall length of 40.3 inches, with a blade length of 28 inches and a width of 1.26 inches near the habaki. The handle is made of solid wood and has a length of 10.2 inches, with a winding rope for a comfortable grip.
The scabbard is made of solid wood and painted to resemble a dark and ominous design, and the tsuba is made of durable ferroalloy. The knife fitted is made of alloy, and the blade is sharp for training purposes.

Sword generally consists of three components: blade, sheath, and accessories. The main body, blade, is mostly iron, steel, copper. The sheath is made of wood. In order to avoid getting rusted, it should not be stored in damp place nor contact with sour, salty substances. Hand touch should also be avoided in case the surface got corroded by sweat. Oil should be applied on surface for maintenance for medium carbon steel, high carbon steel,pattern-welded steel(Damascus steel)material stainless steel blade.
