Katana Description:

Introducing the exquisite handmade Brown Katana Sword, expertly crafted from clay tempered t-10 high carbon steel. The blade material has undergone thorough hand grinding to ensure its superior quality. The Shinogi-Zukuri blade shape and chu-kissaki Kissaki Shape make the sword both aesthetically pleasing and functional.

At a weight of 1.4kg, and an overall length of 40.9”/104cm, this sword showcases a Nagasa (blade length) of 28.0”/ 71cm and a handle length of 10.6”/ 27cm. The handle is made of Genuine Ray Skin and Hard Wooden materials, providing both comfort and durability. The Tsuba Material is of high-quality Japanese iron, adding a unique touch to the sword. The Hardwood Saya Material is designed with Lacquer, providing protection and longevity for the blade.

Please note that the length may have small errors. If you require customized blade lettering or other changes, contact us, and we will be happy to assist you. As manufacturers, we assemble many commodities, which means that each shipment may vary slightly. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for selecting our product. All samurai swords were designed in Japan and produced in Longquan, the sword capital of China.

Sword Maintenance:

To protect and maintain the longevity of the sword, it is critical to understand the components of the sword and their maintenance requirements. A sword generally consists of three components: blade, sheath, and accessories. The blade, primarily made of iron, steel, and copper, should be stored in a dry place, and contact with sour or salty substances should be avoided.

To prevent sweat from corroding the surface, avoid touching the blade with bare hands. For medium carbon steel, high carbon steel, pattern-welded steel (Damascus steel), and stainless steel blades, apply oil to the surface for maintenance.

The sheath is typically made of wood and should be kept dry to prevent dampness and rusting. With these maintenance tips, you can ensure that your sword remains in excellent condition and lasts for years to come.
