The blade is hand polished and sharp, with a shinogi-zukuri shape and a chu-kissaki kissaki shape. The handle of the sword is made of genuine ray skin and hard wooden, providing a comfortable grip for the user. The tsuba is made of copper, and the saya is made of hardwood with a lacquer work finish that features a stunning dragon carving. The koiguchi and knob are made of real horn, adding to the visual appeal of the sword.
